SHOP PURCHASE / RETURN POLICY

GENERAL TERMS -

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

CONDITIONS - 

1. - PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IMMEDIATELY.
Since we offer great discounts, payment must be immediate when accepting the order to your cart. We will cancel orders that are delaying payment. If so, the item will be reposted, and buyer may re-initiate payment when their funds are available for immediate checkout.
Pay Pal E-Checks will NOT be accepted! (As they take ages to clear.)

2. - 2.a) - A provisional restocking/handling fee will be assessed based on the time elapsed from purchase to received return, the actual return condition of the item, & the condition of packaging. Photos/videos of all items are recorded prior to shipping for comparison from sent to returned condition. If a malfunction is deemed to be caused intentionally by the user, or our tamper proof indicators/seals have been broken, no refund will be granted.

2.b) All items over $400 will be shipped with insurance & require a signature upon receipt of item. If the item is under $400 or an offer has been accepted reducing the item below $400, no insurance or signature request will be implemented. In this case, the buyer is responsible for replacement of the item shall it go missing or damaged, and refunds will be denied. The buyer may purchase insurance and signature option prior to shipment by written request and payment to the seller.

- Incredible 3D guarantees 100% functionality upon receipt in all circumstances other than shipping calamity. Report shipping issues immediately.
- The item is supported by Incredible 3D limited warranty. Any functional issue should first be brought to the attention of Incredible 3D during the first 3 days upon receipt. Buyer agrees to conduct full due diligence in the event of any issue, and will fully troubleshoot with alternate cabling or connection devices prior to contacting Incredible 3D for support or return.
- Contact manufacturer for software/manual support.
- Incredible 3D warrantees all items to be in the described condition as advertised. If it is determined to be otherwise, Incredible 3D will either repair/replace the item, or refund the purchase price using RMA procedure and policies.
- All warranties are voided if signs of trauma &/or tampering are identified to be caused by the buyer. We implement tamperproof and security measures/screws/holographic stickers/etc. to protect items from tamper fraud.

3. - As a buyer, you agree that prior to purchase you are familiar with the product, and the product brand, plus understand how to use it, & know how it will be utilized in your situation or set up. You agree prior to purchase that I3D makes no guarantee or warrantee of your satisfaction based on your personal opinion, and only guarantees that it functions as described/depicted in the advert & photos, and/or how the manufacturer designs it to work (unless in the rare case custom modifications have been made to the item as listed in the description).

4. - Transfer of warranty. When a new or used item is offered with "Warranty", the statement pertains to an "Incredible 3D" Peace of mind guarantee which covers 100% functionality of the device as the factory intended/designed it to function for a limited time (exempt if the unit is determined to have been tampered with by the buyer, misused, or damaged from shipping). It does not pertain to an implied Factory or extended warranty unless the description of the individual item specifically states it will be transferred to the buyer. It is up to the buyer to inquire to the length period and/or inclusion of any limited warranty if it is not stated or offered in the description. The buyer may not make their own assumptions to warranty policies in this regard. The buyer must first contact Incredible 3D with any issues to determine if the item is defective, and then to initiate any qualifying RMA return procedure.

5. - All verbal and/or textual communications with Incredible 3D are covered by the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (18 U.S.C. 2510-2521) and are legally privileged.
Non-Disclosure of Confidential Information: All transactions and communications with Incredible 3D and/or Dr. Brad Bent are confidential as they may contain proprietary information, all of which are legally privileged. As such, your initiation into any communication means you have automatically entered into, and agree with Incredible 3D's Non Disclosure policies with Dr. Brad Bent and/or "Incredible 3D" LLC. As a participant of any communication from/with Incredible 3D and/or Dr. Brad Bent, you must not use, dictate, record, disclose, distribute, copy, print or relay it without written consent from Dr. Brad Bent and/or "Incredible 3D" LLC. It is intended solely for the use of the original individual or entity to which it is addressed. If you are not the intended recipient, please notify the author immediately by telephone or by reply, and then delete all copies of the communication on your systems. As a non intended recipient, you also must not dictate, record, disclose, distribute, copy, print or relay any communications as defined above. As per “Incredible 3D” non disclosure policy, you also agree by your participation of any communications that voice communication during the conduct of business with Dr. Brad Bent, or an “Incredible 3D" representative may be electronically recorded without your individual consent or notification and without restriction and/or consequence in regard to federal or state law on recording telecommunications. Incredible 3D or Dr. Brad Bent may not be recorded by you without first obtaining permission to do so as per Federal/state laws and Incredible 3D non disclosure policies.

Make sure to check the return policy on each individual listing as some items may be sold "As-Described" and not eligible for a return.
